PAYMENT
Orders are not considered placed until payment is received. Full payment is required to initiate all orders.
TAXES
Prices do not include any applicable sales, use, excise, or any other tax. Buyer agrees to pay all applicable taxes.
COMMISSION WORK
Commission work can not be refunded or returned.
PAINTINGS
The delivery of canvas works in larger formats is calculated individually.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Our consignments are all delivered as an insured package with Swiss Post and our delivery partner DHL or UPS.
PACAGING
Your order will be packed with the utmost care. Should you still damage their please contact our customer service.
SHIPPING TIME
The dispatch time of your order depends on the production process of the ordered images.
SUPPORT
Once your order is on the way to them, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number, wich you can easy follow. If your order has not yet arrived one week after receipt of the shipping notification, please contact us: hello@mrpinkbrush.com
